Alright, I've sat in my car for the last time on a wet seat. It's a 95 ta with t tops and my drivers seat and passenger rear floor get wet. It doesn't always get wet when raining but it's more random. The other day it was the most wet it's ever been and it was snowing It was a wet snow but it was more wet then when it rains hard. The headliner is never wet so the only place I imagine it would be coming in would be from the sides by the door. Any fixes on this? TIA.

Does anyone have the part #'s or an exploded view of the weatherstrips around the t-tops? I think it's leaking in from where the window meets the t top. TIA

Do you race the car and do you have SFC? Sounds like the body is tweaked, or I guess it could be the weatherstripping. You can buy weatherstripping by the roll at most autopart stores.

I've never raced it, but I can't speak of the previous owners. No sfc's either. I think it was in an accident before though. But I've heard that leaky t tops on our cars are pretty common so I want to replace the seals before I come to any other conclusions. Also I would rather get the exact seals because I would rather have the factory fit. thanks

What I'm saying is, the reason it's a common problem is becuase the body likes to twist with all this tq coming out of the LT1. SFC help to stop this problem before it starts. If this has happened and especially if it's been in an accident, then new seals won't help any.

They're having a sale on seat heaters; that will help you to dry out your seats until you fix you leak

My third gen has an adjustment for the latch. Once I adjusted this, all of my T-top leaking problems went away.

Do you park your car on a hill by any chance? Make sure you park it with the front higher than the back, otherwise water will run into the car via the channels around the hatch.

Nope, flat. Some snow coming tomorrow, probably have to bag the seat again

there are bolts inside your door to adjust the window itself, if your seals look pretty decent try searching on here for window adjusters. I seen it a while back and it took care of my ttop leaks. just gotta be careful and adjust a little bit at a time an keep checking gaps and fit. Mine still leaks at the top of the door at the carwash sometimes, and my seals arent the best. SO FAR tho, it dont leak if its rainin whether or not its sittin or goin down the highway.

Well it rained pretty hard over here and for some reason the drivers seat was totally dry (didn't mess with the window fix yet either). There was a little drip just hanging out from the t top but the seat was very dry So I was pretty happy about that, until I looked behind the passenger seat. The floor actually has a puddle! The back of the pass front seat is dry, the back seat itself is dry, and the sides of the floor are dry. How on earth does it get water back there?!?!
