weird noise on rear right side of car

was driving the z28 today and hit a few potholes. after i went over the potholes i heard a noise that kind of sounded like i had a flat tire on the back right side of the car. i get out to check and all the tires are fine. i drive away and i still hear a noise that kind of sounds like theres a peice of rubber in the wheel well hitting everytime it spins. if i take off from a dead stop and accelerate faster it doesnt make the noise until around 45-50 mph. i have no idea what it could be. my guess is something with the suspension. could a tie rod, wheel bearing or anything cause this noise? any other ideas?

check the wheel well to see if the plastic is loose...i had it happen in the front and the wind hitting it at highway speeds were enough to pull it into the tire.

Also could have damaged the rubber on/or the shock, LCA, Panhard Rod, swap bars, etc. Have a tire tech. check the tire for cord damage too.
