It's the only hole on the bottom of the pump.

Every waterpump I've ever seen has a weep hole somewhere.

Here's a photo showing the weep hole from Shoebox's site; it right under the word "sensor" in the middle of the photo. http://shbox.com/1/temp_sensor1.jpg

On a side note to the weep hole question, I have found in the past that on most of the waterpumps I have replaced for my 94 that the weep hole was around .201 in diameter, which is the tap drill size of a 1/4 20 thread. After losing my first optispark due (in part at least) to my pump leaking on my opti, I threaded the weep hole, and screwed in a hose barb into it; and thus running a small rubber hose down below the opti. After 240,000 miles, and at least 5 or 6 pumps, I have yet have one weep on my opti, like the first time.
Not sure if this is of any interest to anyone. If anyone does decide to do this just make sure to coat your tap with greese to grap hold of metal shavings.
