Water in Turn Signals

Somehow my driver turn signal always seems to be thirsty and fills itself up with water. I have tried everything to seal off the entire housing and make sure the bulbs are sealed and are not leaking. this is the 3rd bulb that has blown from the water and these bulbs are a real be-otch to replace.

They are aftermarket clear lenses and each side has a "vent" hole in the back with a rubber cap over it. cap on or off it still fills itself up with water after a good rain. any suggestions??

does the other side leak too? maybe take the driver side one out and compare the housing w/ the pass. side...maybe theres a small hard to find crack or somethin.

just a thought...or compare the driver side one w/ a new aftermarket one

Its the rubber gasket for the big bulb, everytime it rains/wash the car it fills up and blows the bulb..........I got me some rubber gasket material and some RTV and it finally stopped.
