Okay I have a unique situation (at least I think I do) when trying to bypass my VATS. I got all my resistors setup, and took the kick panel off to install, and noticed that my aftermarket compustar alarm is also wired into the orange ignition wire. It is two small white wires individually spliced into both wires inside the orange wire. Does anyone know if I were to cut the orange wire before the 2 wires (towards the firewall) from the compustar alarm and install the resistor pack, would this affect anything?
