ugh, clamps

the hangers on my random tech cat back are different from the one on my stock exhaust. the left pipe's hanger inlet seems too far out, and the right pipe seems too far diagonal, what am i gonna do?

Re: ugh, clamps

They are gonna need massaging into place. That means get a pipe or something that'll slip over the end of the hangers so you can tweak them into the proper position. My Flowmaster needed this and looks like it needs it again 'cause the tips are shifted to one side a bit. Each car is a little different and sometimes stuff gets bent during handling/installation/removal. I had a shop do mine -- they were already doing some warranty work and they gave me a great deal on it. I still had to tweak the hangers to get the tips perfect.

Ain't exhaust work fun? Kinda why I had a shop do the main part
