I have 93Z with a problem with my turn signal light on the dash staying on. When I use the turn signal lever the light will flash outside and in (both sides work in desiered application)When not in use the left light will stay on, dash only. 4-ways work fine also. This only happens when the lights are turned on though.any help?

 

That's weird. I've only had the indicator light come on solid when an (exterior) signal light was burnt out and I was trying to signal. Hope ya figure it out.

 

Does it stay on when you turn the signal on. If that you might want to try to change the flasher under the steering column. They are about $3 bucks from any local automotive store. Good luck

 

sounds to me like you have a bad bulb or ground. even if the bulb lights up it may be too bright or too weak. or you have a bad ground in the socket. thats just my input but im only a technician

 

the light flashes normal when the turn signal is on.When no turn signal the light stays on(only on dash with lights on, lights off no light on dash).I have changed all the bulbs twice, I replaced the headlightswitch today but that did not work.I will cut the socket out tomorrow to see if there might be a bad ground in there.Thanks for the reply!
