Turn Signal Issue...need help with diagnosis

I have a 1999 Firebird and the turn signals will come on but they wont blink. The hazard lights will come on and work fine. Any ideas?

probably the turn signal relay, there is a serpate for them and the hazards. either that or a bulb burnt out on each side.

I have the same problem except only on the right side and i haven't figured out the problem yet either.

Where is the relay located at?

check your bulbs, mine did this, i had the wrong bulb that caused this
