i had a problem the other day, i pulled up my hand brake and the thumb button (you push in to let the handbrake down) shot out like a scud missile, lol, not that bad, but it did shoot out where i can see the rod and the spring, i now have the console off the car, and can not figure out how or what to connect this rod to, does any one have an idea, or a diagram or something? i looked in my hanes manual and i cant find anything on it, if you know what/where it would be in the book that could also help me
