1995 Chevrolet Camaro: Traction control finally became optional at midseason, but only for Z28 Camaros.
1999 Chevrolet Camaro: Traction control was a new option on base models.

What year is your car?

94 and 95 had the transmission performance feature.

Re: traction control question

Its a 95. Seems on mine part throttle shifts go to a higher RPM. The shift is slightly firmer. Earlier downshifts(dont need to hit the gas as hard to get it to downshift). Its actully kinda aggressive in my eyes, too much for just cruising around the city. Would be great if i was going through some twisties or up and down some hills.
