Totaled

my camaro got totaled this past Thursday, i was hit by a drunk driver he was goin 100+ n i was at a complete stop but all i got out of it is a broken wrist n some scratches/scars but after my lawyer handles this one were looking at one nice settlement//the car didnt flip all that damage came from it spinning

That's pretty screwed up. Glad your injuries were light (considering...). Hope the settlement is to your satisfaction.

I assume you where wearing your seat belt otherwise someone else would be posting this. Your very lucky considering. Having seen these types of drunk driving accidents the other guy probably walked away with no injuries.

i didnt get to see him but i heard he had very little injury and was in a 07 altima with airbags all over but this is what the seat belt did to me but its worth keeping ur life over

That does suck, but that 4th Gen did do its ultimate job...and keep the occupants alive.

Seat belt rash >>>>>> alternative.


I can't imagine how good or bad a 1st or 2nd Gen would have taken that kind of hit. You are part of the crumple zone in those, no?

not sure yet i want a black automatic with paddle shift but not sure what imma get considering the corvette is a 2 seater

Wow, seeing the damage to car and considering the speed you were hit at, I'm surprised you're injuries weren't more severe, or even worse. Be thankful you are okay, sheetmetal can always be replaced, you can't.

Looks like the Camaro helped you out big time. I wonder if you had a hardtop the damage wouldnt be as bad?

Sorry to see your Camaro get wrecked and I hope you heal from the accident ok. Getting smacked around like that messes with you, even sleeping can be tough.
