torque arm bushing bolt

Tonite while driving, my torque arm came loose. The bolt on top of the bushing that clamps it together worked itself out. What size bolt is that? Thanks for any info.

Re: torque arm bushing bolt

I'm not 100% certain but I believe it's a M10 or 12 by 1.25 thread pitch about 1.5" long.

I have the bolt at home in the garage, don't use it now since I needed a shorter bolt to keep the other bracket bolted onto the tranny when I did my Spohn TA. I could measure it and get back to you but it won't be till after the weekend.

Bolts do work themselves loose sometimes especially if you've removed the bolt before to add an ES Ta bushing or something. When you get the correct bolt add a bit of blue locktite to the threads before you install it should stay put after that.

Not sure if you figured out the bolt size yet but I'm back from my weekend trip and did some measuring. The bolt you need is a M10x1.5mm thread pitch, 15mm hex head with a lock washer and the UHL is 1 1/8" long. If you get a bolt like that it'll work for ya. Hope this helps you.

I bought those 2 bolts and they won't fit properly so I called the service dept and they told me 1.5 thread. I worked out great. Got it done just in time to install my jet hots. Thanks for the quick replies
