I want to bypass the thermal strips in my window motor and I am not sure how. I have read some post but can not find a step by step how to. Im just afraid that if I take it apart I not going to know what Im looking at or parts might start to fly and I will not know how it went togather in the first place. Any help would be great

 

Are your motors GM motors? or like autozone or something, I had my stock motors, and offbrand kind from ebay. They were both different when I opened them up. It can be done on both, but the insides are just a little different.
