Don't post much, mainly read post, But I bought a 1987 IROC and the bracket that the temp control cable hooks to was broken off. Had to replace the heater core and thought I would repair it then, no such luck. Tried to make a bracket but again, no luck with it staying on. This is a dailey driver and realy don't want to take the whole thing apart again.
