Taking apart a Camaro

A buddy of mine is parting out his Camaro and I'm helping out with the administration process, I don't know a whole lot about the mechanical side of it, but I would like to help him out taking it apart in my free time.

Is there a resource that tells you how to remove things from the car? body panels? interior panels? engine parts etc?

How about online or software solutions? Would Mitchell or Alldata have this kind of information?

I used AllData once and it was more like an online Haynes manual. It'll tell you some but shoebox is right... a factory service manual is what you need.
