t-tops leaking

Both of my t-tops leak on my 96z. Leak is from the front corner on both sides. I was wondering if anyone had any success stopping leaks, short of buying all new weather stripping from gm. any suggestions would help. thanks.

Re: t-tops leaking

Do the following, recommended by a local dealer, and worked great for me.

Go to Wal-Mart, or any other store that might carry ky jelly...
Pick out your favorite "type" of ky jelly...
Remove tops and smear jelly on weather stripping on top of car, along with t-tops.
Reinstall tops.

Before doing this, lakes would appear in my floor boards, after, not a single drop. good luck

Re: t-tops leaking

I have same problems only mine is mostly on drives side

I've since removed some of the plastic of the interior so I can try to figure out where it's coming from, my car I think it's the TOP itself that is leaking!
