Can I put a power Driver seat in my car that didnt come with one? Is the wiring already there? Are the bolt holes all the same? Thanks guys!

 

Doubt the wiring is there. I have one and don't like it, under heavy braking the seat pivots forward

 

I pulled the front seats out of my Z last weekend to shampoo carpet and there was a plug under my seat just laying there so Iam thinking it is already wired for it.

 

What about the bolt holes? Does anyone know if they are the same for the non-power seat?

 

Iam guessing that if there is wiring for power seat the seat will bolt up, it would cost GM too much money to build different bolt locations on cars with and without power seat. Check out this link its for seats out of a 1995 Z28 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33701 and it looks like they are a junk yard, if any questions you could probably e-mail them and get the answer you are looking for.

 

yes they will bolt up and yes your car is already wired for the driver side power seat.

all cars came with the wiring just not the seat.
