Do I need to take apart the top dash and the part that surround the gauges to get to this part or is there an easier way?

When I turn the lights on my radio goes out. If I put pressure on the **** turning it to the right the radio light comes back on but my dash and tail lights goes out. Anyone else had this problem? I swapped it with a switch I bought from ebay and I'm having the same problem. Think I got a faulty switch? It is used. Damn fleabay.
