Re: sup

Depends how much you want to spend. Appearance wise rear inserts (decals that go in the back where it says Camaro) look good if you pick the right color. I also like power antennas, the stock antenna kind of ruins the flow of the car IMO. Tint and clear corners if your not worried too much about being hassled, besides fix it tickets are cheap. Lowering the car would look good to but is a bit more pricey and also might want to hold off on if you are seriously considering a V8 swap.

Welcome to the board.

Hey sup, yeah i am seriously considering a v8 swap. a little bit more about the car btw it has shaved antenna, 5% tint all the way around, its really nice i love the car i dont even mind the color its a dark dark green but eventually i think ill paint it black. im wanting to get a ss hood and ss spoiler for it and a bodykit i dont know wich one im thinking wingswest also how cool do you guys think it would be to put 98-02 camaro/trans-am interior in this car instead of the 96 interior and has anyone ever done it? well talk to you guys later take it easy.

Re: sup

LS1-era interior will bolt right up, as far as center console/seats/etc.

Re: sup

id recommend putting some sort of forced induction on the 6 instead of doin a swap. the sts rear mounted turbos are very unique, inexpensive and powerful but im not sure if they work for the v6's. I bet they would sound pretty crazy too. As far as appearance goes, im not sure your year but if you have the ugly salad shooter rims, switch them out with some 2002 ws6 rims or another set of your choice. If i were you id avoid the body kit, IMO they look terrible on our cars. The SS hood really sets the car off, you could also add some silver toned stripes to the hood, roof and spoiler, and then get matching camaro inserts for the rear. Taillight Blackouts look awesome too, but I dont care for the headlight ones. clear or smoked corners look great, and all this would look good with your 5% tint. As far as the interior goes, doing a late model swap would be pretty awesome, but if you have the 93-96 guage cluster i doubt you could make it so the new one would work.. dont quote me on that though. Believe it or not, im pretty much a newbie as well, Ive learned so much on this site just by skimming and posting occasionally. My advice to you is to read over the board before making decisions, because you may find out about something better for the car that will make it even nicer good luck on the ride man
