I'm thinkin about running only 2 high flow catalytic converters on my 89' Camaro, and was wonderin if anyone has done that or knows how it will sound, it will not have any mufflers, will it be louder than a muffler period?

It's probably gonna be really flippin loud. Cats quiet it down a bit over straight piping it, but that's not what they're designed to do so it'll still be pretty loud.

It will sound like $hit and it will be very loud. It will be a lot louder with cats and no muffler than the other way around.

Your probably going to set off some alarms and wake up the neighbors.

Haha.... i used to do that with headers and dual Flowmasters! Couldn't imagine what uncorking that truck would have done!
