Storing a short block (in car)

I'll have a bare shortblock in the car for about 3 weeks until I get the heads back from the shop.

What is the best way to keep it healthy (ie: no rust)? Wipe the cylinders down with motor oil? Rotate the crank everyday? Both?

I need to make certain I keep everything fresh.
