Shock and Spring install Guide 93-02

Is there any good write-up on a complete shock and spring install for 93-02? I did a quick search and came up dry. I have done a lot of work, but I never did the suspension on an Fbody yet. When you go to unbolt the upper A-arms and pull the shocks and springs out, do you need a spring compressor tool or do they completely unload for removal? Same with the rears, what needs to come out first? I suppose if there are no guides out there I might do it. I don't think I will really NEED one but it would probably save me quite a few hours, this being my first time.

Injuneer has a guide on his website for the fronts. http://www.injuneer.com/HALEibch.html

The rears practically do themselves. You will have to pull the carpet back in the hatch area to get to the top nuts. The springs will fall out when the shock is gone and the rear end housing can be lowered enough.
