I know you can loose 100 by removing the rear seats and the spare tire and jack.

If you are wanting to go serious race car you can remove the carpet and interior panels along with the a/c, radio and all other creature comforts and drop a lot of weight. If you don't want to go that extreme just decide what you can live without and remove it.

You could also drop a few lbs by going to some draglites (or similar lightweight racing wheel) and some skinnies up front and e/t streets in back.

Ther is also a heavy steal impact beam in the front and the foam in the front bumper cover. It's worth a few pounds just dont get in a head on.

The rear seats don't really weigh that much do they? When I removed mine from the '95, along with the fold down part... it couldn't have weighed more than 10-15lbs?

Carpet and sound material is worth a few pounds. All the spare change and other crap in the car is probably worth something. As mentioned before, light weight materials can drop some weight. There's some support bars inside the doors that are pretty heavy. A glass hood would reduce a few lbs. And if all that fails... quit eating at MacDonalds and pick up some slim fast.

You could also ditch the AC system, but who wants to do that?

I removed the spare tire jack and rear seats and the before and after weight was about 85 lbs different and I had about a 1/4 tank more gas after removing everything. I didn't weigh the seat while I had it out, but I dropped about 100lbs somewhere and that's all I removed. Well I also pulled out the floormats and the fold down trunk divider, but I don't think all that weighed more than 5lbs or so.
