Servicing the A/C

I was looking into have my A/C serviced since it's never been done, but wasn't sure if it's worth it. I've got 60,000 miles on my car and the A/C works fine. I couldn't find any service interval info. on the A/C, should I have it serviced?

I agree with the above, don't go messing with something that don't need messing with. If it keeps you cool, it does not need servicing.

If it works fine LEAVE IT ALONE. You can disrupt the schraeder valves and cause a possible leak by putting gauges on it.

Been there, Done that

most manifacturs recomend reciver/driver replacment every 2 years.. but no one does it and you really do not need to. the sysytem works good from the factor and is sealed. if it;s never been open just ride it out till it brakes. just make sure you used it all year through winter as well
