ok so the deal would be that i sent half the money for 4 rims and tired bc they were cheap but new tires to (LEATHAL Z). well that was before thankgiving and i didnt get them or a response till mid december. Then he told me it costs too much to ship them and he would send the money back so i was like what a waste of 2 weeks i was expecting them...well he sent me part of the money back, i sent him 150 he sent me about 120 back...so i asked for my money the rest of it and he says he let his friend borrow his account to get on here...and he says hes a reputable member every1 on cz28.com knows him and hes a great person and all but wont talk to his friend and tell him to send me the rest of the money...or you would think he would feel guilty and send it since its 30 bucks!!! It might not b a big deal to all of yall but im 16 and had been savin money and all since my parents wont let me get a job, and i need tires its actually dangerous now and im about to owe my parents 300 bucks for some cheap tires.
what to do about my money???
