I saw a commercial for this Restore stuff thats suppose to be for high mileage engines, says that use wears out the sides of the engine from the pistons and that you lose compression,a dn supposedly this Restore magically makes it better.

This stuff really do anything?

 

Don't bother with it. The only thing you need in your engine is motor oil.
