How do I get off the front license plate cover of a 98 firebird? can somebody explain it to me like you would an idiot?

 

Its held on by two Torx bolts, not sure what size (T15 I think). Get down low, look directly at the gap between the cover and the bumper itself. Use a flashlight if necessary. Remove those two, and the cover comes off.
