Removing fog lights on LT1 car

I'm about to get the front fascia on the '95 painted and I'd like to remove as much as possible, prior to the spray work. It is possible to remove the fog light assembly without first pulling off the fascia? Thanks in advance!

There are two torx screws, remove them and you're able to pull the light out and disconnect it. Watch out tho, the top screw has a spring on it, don't lose it. It's a PITA to do, but just takes a steady hand and patience.

I see the screw on the top (with the spring) but not the other one you mention. There are two pivots (one each side of the light housing) but they don't appear to have a removable fastener. The way mine seems to be is adjuster at the top and two side pivots that are permanently fixed to the mount. I can't see how to remove the mount.
