Rear defogger issue???

Hello,

I'm new to site and am trying to find a answer to a rear defogger issue on a 2000 base I just bought my daughter. It appears there is power from the main connectors to the tabs but the window does not heat at all. Has anyone solved this one before? thanks

Probably the breaker in the fuse box at the end of the dash on the driver's side.

Could be a problem in the grid.

Thanks. I've already checked the breaker by pulling it to confirm it stops the switch from working. The Grid looks good too. Not sure what I missed. A service manager at a local dealer said he would give it a quick check for free! I'd sure like to come up with something before then. Thanks again - please forward any other thoughts.
