Radiator Relocation
Should I have any concerns welding on two plates and some rectangular steel ti to relocate the radiator support wise?

you welding the plates to the core support? if yes, should be fine with good welds
on a different note, was that you/your brother I sold a 93 Z to? if it was, hows that doing?
