Quick stupid question

Cant get the windsheild wipers off. I took the nut off that holds them on but I cant get them to come off the shaft part. Any ideas?

You have to wiggle and pull up. If that does not work, sometimes a battery terminal puller will get it off.

Haha yeah I had to end up hitting the shaft with a hammer while I had my hand under it haha. Oh well I got em off
