Roll the windows down (if you haven't already, it helps) Then i usually line up the bottom guides first, and just kind of work it on. Its kinda hard the first few times, try not to break the guides, cuz then it looks goofy, but youll get it eventually.

work the bottom guides in, then get the middle ones in, and usually the tops just line up.

It's tricky, but shouldnt take more than 10 minutes per side.

Re: Putting side door panels back on

On the same boat as u bro - wish I could help you out. I got a question for you guys... I don't know what I did wrong but before I removed my side panels my windows (manual windows - d'oh!) were workin' fine. Now since I've reinstalled the panels I'm havin' a hard time rollin' my passenger side window down - what did i do wrong? It will roll down all the way, and roll back up smoothly (cool-cool) BUT when I want to roll it down, it gets real hard, than it makes this "click" sound, and I can roll it down - Please, suggest anything?

I agree, start at the bottom and the rest will follow. But be very careful not to break the clips. I have 2 broken clips on 1 door and it bows out and does look strange. And it might help to have a big screwdriver on hand to help push some of the guides in.
