problems w my t56, come in and help please :)

theres a few things that are going on w it...
1---sometimes first gear is a little hard to put in, i was thinking maybe its time to replace synchros?
2---when i rev my engine and the clutch is pushed in and in gear, theres a vibrating/rubbing noise the tranny decides to make, also when im trying to shift at high rpms it does the same thing, i havent noticed the noise when i shift at 2-2.5krpms, i was thinking bad throwout bearing?
3---when my the clutch is pushed in it makes a tapping noise and ill let go and the noise is gone, it doesnt do all the time just sometimes, i have no idea what that could be
also im still driving the car as is( i have no other car to drive to work and school etc) should i not be driving it u guys think?
i dont know alot about 6spds and any help is greatly appreciated, thanks guys

Once in a blue moon mine wont go into first from neutral at a stop. If I let out the clutch and push it back in it is fine. I'm thinking that the gears are at just that wrong spot to engage. It is very rare this happens on my car. Once every week?

When you are stopped and have the clutch disengaged the trans is motionless. Neither the input shaft nor output shaft are rotating. It is hard for the synchros to do their job at that point. I dont see it as a problem. If it starts doing it every day, I will worry.
