Power window motor

Im about to change out my power window motor. What should I use to clean or grease the tracks? any helpful hints on getting the door panel back on?

There is a guide on my Tech Page for changing the motor. Replacing the panel is the reverse of removal. I don't know of anything special for cleaning the tracks, just whatever works for you.
