Power steering issues

For about three weeks my car has been leeking ps fluid really bad, I'm positive it isn't a high pressure line because I can have the motor on without it spraying fluid all over, but when I drive and have to turn the wheel sharply (like I'm pulling into a parking space) the car starts to whine and when I look at the ground I can see it has leeked power steering fluid all over the place. The car also leaks ps fluid when I just leave it parked.

I'm wondering if this is just a hose on the low pressure end or if I have a hole in my reservoir/pump, any suggestions?

The power steering rack is a common leak source. The only way you will know what is leaking is to get up under there and look.

And this isn't an engine tech question so I'll move it to general tech.
