Power Seat Switch Installation

Ok, I bought a new switch for my driver's side power seat. Anyone done this install? It doesn't look hard, mostly just wondering how to remove the trim panel that covers the switch. Thanks in advance.

There are a couple of screws on the plastic piece on the side of the seat. After you remove those, its self explanatory.
