police intercepter

Does anybody know how to identify an inercepter that has been repainted?
Also what is the difference between it and a regular z28?

Use 'search' to find more info as this has been discussed before. Check for B4C in the rpo codes --- that is the police package option. There is NO DIFFERENCE in performance and handling between a B4C and a regular Z28.

I don't know about that. Would you rather have a car that had been used hard and maintained to the letter? Or would you rather have a car that had been ragged by some ignorant kid who was more worried about wheels and what it would do in the 1/8th than performing required maintenance. I haven't seen any police video burnouts on the web, have you?

Just saying that was a way too general statement and is not true at all.

Open the driver's door, and if you see B4C on the RPO code sticker, it was probably a former police car.
