Someone please help me??!!

I replaced the driver side motor in the T/A about two, maybe three weeks ago. The woman decides to take it to work last night, rolls down the window and now the thing won't go back up. The passenger motor is ok, meaning with the drivers side switch, it works. And I can't get the motor out b/c the window is down! I checked all fuses with a test light, and everythings ok there. I've done a search, but I can't find an answer! Can someone help??
I really dont want to take this to the dealer and have them bend me over for it..
