You could set your accessories up like this guy did. (Turbo6 is his screen name.) Looks pretty clean considering it's a stock bracket:

i like that I'd like to see the back of that pulley, guessing he just ran a long bolt through the original alt. hole? I'm sure I could find a pulley somewhere i guess getting the right size belt would be the only problem. thanks,

Re: people that drive their cars without powersteering?

My P/S pump died slowly over time, so i noticed it was getting a bit tougher and starting to make noise, but i got used to it. Once it completely went to hell, i'd pray i didn't have to make any sharp turns, and even getting into my driveway was a chore. I'm not a huge guy, but i got by. Stock 245/50/16 tires all around. It was like heaven when i put my new pump in (eventhough when i was priming it, the pulley ripped part of my finger off ) and wouldn't go back. There is something with the gearing of the pump that makes them die out quickly, but if you look up Turn One, they take a stock pump and tweak it for 50 bucks so it's a more consistient output, and will last much longer. if i had the time, i probably would have sent mine out. I will the next time this one dies tho.

huh never heard of them, I should go ahead and get a new pump though I get tired of the engine bay looking like crap from the stuff the pump throws out it doesn't really loose much fluid but makes a mess.

I installed one on mine after I burned through my second pump. I like it, definently looks better, and the feel is less floaty.

Buy it directly from them, new pump, resoivoir, and pulley. IIRK it was a little over $200. Well worth it to me, I had already burned two pumps and each was over $100 itself.
