since i work at a dealer the guys in the body shop are painting my mirrors to match the color of the car. because my car color is purple pearl metalic. doyou guys think this will look good

 

I don't know. Since the top is black (Z28), I always thought the black mirrors complete the look. Is your car a Z28?

 

I like them better black, it helps them blend in better. I don't like the mirrors to show up very much, but thats just my opinion. Look at some pictures and see which you like better.

 

I like them better black too. My mirrors on my '94 z28 are black, and I think they look better than the ones on my moms '95 z28 that are silver(color of the car). They match the roof, and dark windows if you have a dark tint. I say keep them black, or instead of painting them try finiding some off a wreck camaro of your color.

 

just painted them today looks hot just because of my rare color. i think when i get my anniversary stripes and rims on it will set it off

Paint away my car looked like a pumpkin minus the teeth drawn on the doors. I just had the roof painted SOM 6 months ago. I had the roof replaced for having bubbles in it. The car might look like a 6 cyl but at least now I actually like it. Always hated the fact that Zs had a black roof
