Pacesetter Off-road y-pipe fit kooks long tubes

Bought a set of kooks longtubes and the y-pipe is expensive and curious if the pacesetter y-pipe will fit?

Re: Pacesetter Off-road y-pipe fire kooks lts

It won’t, at least not directly. If you can fabricate at all (i.e. welding), you might be able to make them fit.

Kooks LTs (and their Y pipe) are stainless steel. They won’t rust, and they more effectively channel heat, dissipating less of it into the engine bay. That’s good for power.

Pacesetters are mild steel, so they’ll rust and they will allow more heat to escape in the wrong places.

The point here is that the Kooks are more expensive for a reason, and they’re worth the money!
