Oil Presure sensor problem??? with pics!

I installed pacesetters about six months ago...today I was driving and started to smell a rubber/oil burning? I popped the hood and found my oil presure sensor melting on my last primary! And what is really bugging me is a tiny bit of oil dripping out? First off, if I replace the sleeve, how do I make sure it doesn't melt again? The sleeve is very long and there is no way to make it NOT touch the header? The wires inside the sleeve look to be unharmed so far. Here are my questions;

1. How do I adjust the sleeve to where it does not touch the header?
2. Where do I find a new sleeve?
3. Is it normal for oil to be making its way out of there?

here are some pics, I rolled the sleeve around so I could see the damage.

If oil is coming out of the sensor, the sensor is bad. I dont know how to block
the heat from the header, there might be an aftermarket sensor that is not as
tall as that one. Check "Wells" .. Autozone carries them.

Thanks, I checked autozone and they have a new sensor for 25.99! But the rubber sleeve is ruined now, and I still don't know what I will do to keep it from the header heat.

Try an elbow or combination of fittings/extensions to move it away from the pipes. Or you could mount it in the location behind the intake manifold that later LT1s use.
