My TA has always has Mobil 1 in it and always will while it is in my possession. I was wondering how often you people change the oil in your LT1's. How far can I go with this fully synthetic before needing to change it again? I just bought 5 quarts(hope that's enough) of Mobil 1 10W30 and a K&N oil filter. Hopefully I can get around to it tomorrow afternoon.

 

I normally go between 4-6 thousand miles on Mobil 1....

 

Roughly 3-4k. But I've gone a little longer if I won't have time to get around to changing it for a few weeks or something. Never seemed to cause any problems.

 

Ok thanks guys. I just wanted to get an estimate of the time that everyone else seems to change them in these cars.
