Where is the location for OBD2 in my z28 1998?
Is there any program to change the odometer from miles to km?

wrong forum but look at the bottom of the dash under the steering wheel. im sure u can get the necessary tool to change it to km if its electronic. analog might be another thing

Have you checked the owners manual? A lot of times it's only a button push or two.
