Question Is Nitrous REALLY that hard on your engine?!

I was looking for a nitrous kit for my LT1 , but all my friends think it will "blow up my engine". It has 20K on a full rebuild, and 120K on the body. Let me know your opinions on this ---

ps I am looking at a 75-125hp setup---

When installed, tuned and setup correctly, nitrous can be a safe power adder.

agree with above. research someone that is experienced to install the system, buy the bells and whistles you need. dont be cheap, can hurt you in the end run. dont get too crazy on the stock parts. 75-125 should be fine.

There is a ZEX 75-125hp kit I am interested in. Its brand new and comes with extra fuel lines and a pump I think. It goes through the air intake I think, then I would get a madz28 tune....anything else I need to run it?---

A properly set up nitrous system is a very reliable form of forced induction. Alot of people run 125-150 shots on their stock LT1s and don't have any problems.
