depending on the condition of the car - maybe a tune up will do both - who knows, something as small as spark plugs could make a big difference.. those are all the suggestions I have...

by doing cai and exhaust it will give you both but no camaro is going to get great mpg compaired to other cars. it would depend on how much more you want out of your car. if you want to make it really quick you will have to sacrifice mpg

Cold air intake, headers, off-road y-pipe, and a catback all helped to boost my mpg's a little bit. After that, the best bang for the buck power adder would probably be nitrous.
