New List of SES Codes...

Well got my PCM flashed and is now correct so now I am getting 3 codes.

53 for high system voltage

59 for tranny fluid temp sensor circuit high - low temp

81 for QDM or shift B solenoid fault

So any ideas on the 59 and 81 codes? or could these be caused by the high voltage code?

Thanks!

59 Transmission Fluid Temperature (TFT) sensor circuit high (low temperature indicated)

81 Transmission 2-3 shift solenoid circuit

Check the transmission electrical connector to be sure it is on tight.

Would both of those be caused due to the fact I have a 97 transmission and a 94 harness/pcm?

Thanks!

Possibly, but I am no tranny expert. I know the 95-97 uses a PWM TCC solenoid that the 94s don't, so how are you getting around that?

That part I have no idea about. Unfortunatly I bought the car this way as the previous owner as I found out didn't know there was a difference between the drivetrains.

I will just put up a thread in the tranny section on those codes and see what some of the sponsor or others say about it.

Thanks!
