New headliner from Classic Industries - '95 z28 w/t tops

I just bought a new replacement headliner (it's a one piece plastic/fabric complete replacement) from classic industries. Problem is, I was figurin' it would come with instructions or something, and looks like it didn't...lol. I've never taken off a headliner before...but it doesn't appear to be rocket science. I'm just worried about taking TOO much off..I mean, does the whole shebang come off, foam included, then I install this one? How does it attach? If anybody's done this, I'd appreciate your suggestions/shop notes.

Thanks!

Well, for a start, make sure whatever you take off is in the box that you have new stuff in. Otherwise do not take it off. We took a headliner out of an s10 but it was cake.
