Hey guys,

I have a 1997 LT1 camaro - and I just did the 6-speed conversion. I got screwed over last year by the guy who tunes my car - so I'm just gonna take it to the dealer to have my car flashed for the M6 program.

But, the dealer says they need a Vin # off of ANY 1997 LT1 6-speed in order to flash the program in. I don't know anyone with a '97 6-speed around here - or else I would ask them. So if anyone has a '97 6-speed , it would be GREATLY APPRECIATED if you could give me your vin # just so I can get this computer flash done and get on the road!!

I had the same problem after swapping mine ..... I just searched around on e-Bay (since people usually list the VIN) until I found an '02 Z28 M6 that matched my car!
