So today I had a UCI ran at my dads dealership to see what needs to be replaced and fix on my 2000 canaro ss and they gave me a list, price witg labor only. no parts included. should I try a local mechanic to see i I can get a better price? and what wouls you all recommended is a must to be done first.

Re: need some advice.

I would focus on the P0336 and P1637 codes. The P0336 is a crankshaft position sensor fault and you need that sensor working to keep the engine running. It may be just a bad connection, nevertheless it is critical. The P1637 code indicates a problem with the alternator control line. A disconnect there will stop alternator operation and the battery will discharge, leaving you stranded, as will the P0336.
